selftune quickstart
Runs an interactive onboarding that walks you through:
  1. Init — sets up agent identity and config
  2. Ingest — imports existing session history
  3. Status — shows initial skill health
  4. Suggestions — recommends next actions based on your data
This is the recommended way to get started if you prefer a guided experience over running individual commands.
